LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE AGREEMENT

RB Enterprise Central Texas LLC
DBA: Tours Salado

This Liability Waiver and Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned participant (“Participant”) in favor of RB Enterprise Central Texas LLC, doing business as Tours Salado (“Company”).

 

 

 

1. Assumption of Risk

Participant acknowledges that participation in a golf cart tour involves inherent risks, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, road hazards, uneven surfaces, mechanical failure, alcohol consumption, and actions of third parties. Participant voluntarilyarily assumes all such risks.

 

 

 

2. Release of Liability

Participant hereby releases, waives, and discharges RB Enterprise Central Texas LLC, Tours Salado, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising from participation in the tour.

 

 

 

3. Indemnification

Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RB Enterprise Central Texas LLC and Tours Salado from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Participant’s actions or participation in the tour.

 

 

 

4. Medical Responsibility

Participant affirms they are physically and mentally capable of participating and assume responsibility for any medical costs incurred.

 

 

 

5. Alcohol Acknowledgment

Participant understands that Tours Salado does not provide alcohol. Any alcohol consumption is voluntary and at Participant’s own risk.

 

 

 

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

 

 

 

7. Severability

If any portion of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

 

 

8. Binding Agreement

Participant acknowledges this is a legally binding contract and confirms that Participant has read, understands, and voluntarily agrees to all terms of this Agreement.

 

 

 

 MINOR PARTICIPANT / PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN CONSENT

If Participant is under 18 years of age, the undersigned parent or legal guardian consents to the minor’s participation and agrees to all terms of this Agreement on behalf of the minor and themselves.

 

 

 

SIGNATURE

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this Liability Waiver & Release Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
