Refund & Cancellation Policy — Tours Salado

Cancellations by Guest

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour or failure to appear are non-refundable.

Weather Policy

Tours may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of Tours Salado due to unsafe weather conditions.

No-Shows

No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
