By booking a tour with Tours Salado, you agree to the following terms:

Booking & Payment

• All bookings are made through our website.
   

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
   

• All payments are processed securely.
   

Liability Waiver

• All guests must sign a liability waiver prior to participating in any tour. Failure to complete the waiver will result in denial of participation without refund.

Guest Requirements

• Maximum of 5 guests per tour.
   

• Guests must comply with all safety instructions.
   

• Alcohol consumption is optional and not included in the tour price.
   

Limitation of Liability

• Participation is at your own risk. Tours Salado and RB Enterprise Central Texas LLC are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the tour.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
